# Welcome to Living with CIRS

This site is just getting started, but here's the short version: I'm Charles, and I spent years dealing with unexplained health issues before finally being diagnosed with Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome (CIRS).

This blog is where I'll be documenting my journey, what's helped, what hasn't and the lessons I'm picking up along the way. From environment and supplements to travel, mental health and daily management.
